The property offers five beds on the upper floor and, if necessary, two on the lower floor on the sofa bed in the living area. Directly in front of the property there is a large grassy terrace, ideal for relaxing or having fun. Visitors can swim, paddle surf or fish in front of the property.
The picturesque village of San Feliciano is a short walk away and there are cycling paths along the lake in both directions. Restaurants, shops and an ice‑cream shop are within walking distance and are activities suitable for the whole family.

The farmhouse overlooks the entire hill. In the cellar, house wine is produced with artisanal methods and respect for nature. At the table, upstairs, the wine is enjoyed. The land where the agriturismo and cellar stand was once a hare farm which, once purchased, we set free, giving life to Podere Libera Lepre CM Centumbrie. The fields of the farm host vegetable gardens, olive trees, grains and lots of uncontaminated nature. We raise, as in the most traditional local farms, poultry, goats, pigs and some other livestock.
