This experience has been created in conjunction with "Steve McCurry – Workshop Spirituality", taking place from October 29, 2026, to January 10, 2027, at the Pietro Vannucci Academy of Fine Arts in Perugia, as reported by the regional tourism portal.

Day 1 – Perugia, the Art of Observation

Independent arrival in Perugia and check-in at the selected accommodation. The stay begins with the opportunity to take part in the event dedicated to Steve McCurry, offering insight into his unique way of portraying people, places, and cultures through photography, with particular attention to the spiritual and human dimension of Umbria. The rest of the day is devoted to exploring Perugia. A stroll along Corso Vannucci leads to Piazza IV Novembre, home to the Fontana Maggiore, the Palazzo dei Priori, and San Lorenzo Cathedral. Among narrow alleyways, staircases, and panoramic terraces, the historic center constantly reveals new perspectives and details to be observed with fresh eyes. Day 2 – Discovering Perugia

Breakfast at the accommodation and free time to continue exploring the city. We recommend a visit to Rocca Paolina, a remarkable route through the underground spaces of medieval Perugia, or the National Gallery of Umbria, which preserves important masterpieces of the region's artistic heritage. For those wishing to end their stay on a sweeter note, Perugia also boasts a long-standing chocolate tradition.
